Ensure continuous patching and vulnerability management for all applications, including those of third parties.
Needs
Carry out continuous patching on all machines, with 17,000 endpoints distributed worldwide. The need to address 14,000 vulnerabilities on 130 third-party applications and resolve the situation within three months. It was also essential to update the Microsoft Office versions, the interfacing with the customer’s various branches and carry out reporting to ensure regulatory compliance.
Solution
We implemented a managed the Workplace Management service for all patching and vulnerability management activities: a modular and customised service designed for the customer’s specific needs, which included continuous updates and complete protection for endpoints and applications.
