Management and maintenance of the Endpoint Management platform, with a focus on the automation of bank branch transfer processes.
Needs
Complete management and maintenance of the Endpoint Management platform, which included the patching of 27,000 workstations and 1,800 servers, of which 1,700 Linux and 100 Windows. The request also concerned software distribution, maintaining an accurate inventory of assets and providing system assistance to resolve any problems. In particular, the client was carrying out merger and acquisition operations that required the management and automation of branch transfer activities.
Solution
We implemented a managed Endpoint Management service based on the BigFix platform, which allows for the centralized and effective management of the machine fleet. We managed the application of patches on all endpoints and servers, the distribution of software in a uniform manner, the maintenance of an inventory on assets and the automation of branch transfer processes, supporting seamless management and greater operational efficiency.
